He added, “You just have to accept what’s going on right now. It’s okay to pray that God will have mercy on you, but you’re probably going to have to deal with… major consequences for a long time.”
Jim Bob told him that everyone is doing their part to help and is looking after Kendra.

Paul Caldwell Says GoFundMe Is For Moving Expenses
My family is facing a difficult and urgent situation. We are in need to cover displacement expenses,” Duggar’s father, Paul Caldwell, stated in the crowdfunding initiative. “We will not be using these funds for our legal expenses.”
“My name is Paul Caldwell and I am overseeing the transfer of the funds to our family’s account,” he shared. “I am the father of the family receiving the money. The displacement fees will be for moving expenses, housing costs such as rent until we can find a place to stay more permanently.”

How Kendra Caldwell Duggar Raised The Bail Money
Joseph was arrested in Arkansas on March 18 after a 14-year-old girl accused him of abusing her when she was 9 years old.
He has pled not guilty to all of the counts, which include lewd and lascivious behavior, including molesting a victim who is less than 12 years old and lewd and lascivious behavior by someone who is 18 years old or older.
Joseph was let out of jail in Florida on March 31 after paying $600,000 in bail. Kendra is said to have rented out her family’s home and sold personal goods to get money to pay for Joseph’s bond. They are heading back to an Arkansas court together for different related charges.

Joseph and Kendra’s Arkansas court date is on April 29. They are both facing four counts of second-degree false imprisonment and four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from Joseph’s arrest, and then a home inspection revealed the kids’ doors had locks on the outside of them. Both are looking at up to 8 years if convicted.
