Counting On: Jill Soft Launches Young Sister’s Engagement?

Some Counting On fans on Reddit react to Jill’s recent IG Stories. It shows two of her younger sisters. But what caught the attention of many was the hand of Johannah. She was showing off her hand with a ring on her wedding finger. It created speculation that Johannah may be engaged, especially considering the fact that she’s already 20 years old.

Jill didn’t point out the questionable ring on her young sister. But some fans think it’s a soft launch of a new Duggar engagement. Several commenters point out that Johannah was wearing the ring on her right hand, but others said that some cultures wear engagement and wedding rings on that hand. Another commenter also pointed out that Jill’s bonding time with her younger siblings indicates that her relationship with her parents is getting better.

There have been numerous speculations about Johannah’s courtship. One of them was with their longtime family friend, Carver Bowers. However, sources say that Carver has already clarified that he and Johannah are just friends. Carver later revealed his girlfriend, shutting down rumors that he’s dating Johannah.

Fans have also been wanting to see a Duggar-Bates courtship. Some Counting On fans have theorized a possibility between Johannah and Warden. But Warden hasn’t been showing any signs of courtship on his social media account. Johannah graduated from high school in 2023, though it seems she’s not pursuing a career at this point.
