Counting On alum Jill Duggar returns to social media to share one of the most terrifying moments in her life. She’s been living a positive life with her husband and kids, staying away from all the drama revolving around the Duggar family. Many of her posts today are about their daily routines and her gardening. Jill has also been sharing her healing journey after suffering from a miscarriage in 2024. Counting On: Jill Duggar Shares Near-Fatal Car Crash

In an Instagram post, Jill shared a photo of herself wearing a hospital gown. According to the Counting On alum, the photo was taken a year ago, when they were hit by an unlicensed driver at full speed while they were stopped at a red light. Jill added that they had their kids with them when the crash happened.

They were shocked and scared, but Jill was thankful that nothing bad happened to all of them. She also made sure to have them all checked following the accident. She wrote, “It’s been full of lots of scans, physical therapy, chiropractic and doctor appointments for all of us as we continue to evaluate things. I’m so thankful for God’s continued grace and pray that this next year brings continued healing!” Many fans sympathized with Jill, telling her that God protected them.

Aside from her car crash story, Jill also shared the award she received for her book, “Counting The Cost.” The Counting On alum expressed her gratitude to those who supported her title. She wrote, “We’ve been so grateful for the outpouring of love and support and we pray those of you who have read our story will find strength, encouragement and healing for your own journey!” This led to many fans wondering if Jill will write another memoir in the future, just like her sister, Jinger, who has already released multiple titles in recent years. Aside from the physical copy, the sisters have also recorded audiobooks for their respective memoirs.
