Counting On star Joseph Duggar is being charged with lewd and lascivious behavior that includes molesting a victim who is less than 12 years old and lewd and lascivious behavior by someone who is 18 years old or older. He was sent back to Florida, where he was freed on a $600,000 bond after his first court appearance.

Duggar has a long legal road ahead of him because he is facing charges in Florida and Arkansas. Josh Duggar, his older brother, is already serving a long sentence for possessing child pornography. If Joseph is found guilty, it looks like he could spend at least 25 years in prison.

He said he was not guilty, even though he had already admitted to doing something wrong with a nine-year-old to her dad, and also was recorded by the police. The events that are said to have happened took place in 2020. Joseph was allowed to get emails from family members and calls from Kendra before he went to Florida. The calls were already posted online. It appears that the emails have also been made public as well.
