He is accused of lewd and lascivious behavior, molesting a victim under 12, and lewd and lascivious behavior conducted by a person over 18. He was sent to Florida to face the judge and pleaded not guilty. Duggar is currently out on bond and back in Arkansas. Amid the allegations, tensions between the Duggars and the Caldwell family have risen. In fact, one family friend outed the alleged victim and claims the Caldwell family approved of their comments. Caldwell Friend Outed Joseph Duggar’s Unnamed Alleged Victim
Joseph Duggar faces a long prison sentence if convicted of sexual misconduct with a minor. While he did plead not guilty, he also allegedly confessed twice. Once to the victim’s father and also to a member of law enforcement. Some argue that his confessions may not stand up in court, although he did also say his intentions were not pure.
As the case moves forward, more details are trickling out, including speculation about who the young girl is. Now, in a new post by one of the Caldwell family’s close friends, the victim has been seemingly outed. Someone questioned the authority Amy Paul had to share these details, and she claims the family approved of her comments.
In her Instagram post, Paul says she is disgusted by the Duggar family. She slams them for not reaching out to the Caldwell’s during this horrific time. While shaming the Duggar family, Paul also outed the identity of the victim with her choice of words. Amy Paul accused the Duggar family of other harsh things. These are Amy Paul’s opinions.
“Not only were they put in the awful situation of turning their son-in-law into the police because he wasn’t man enough to take accountability himself, but he’s also kicking them out of their house and giving them 30days to get out! The power and the water was turned off with 8 other kids living in the house! While I was there DHS was called on them for abuse…wonder who called?”
“I will tell you that not one Duggar is reaching out to the Caldwells. Not one Duggar is helping them move or asking how they can help! The Caldwells share 4grandkids with Jimbob and Michelle. This is not the time to be throwing stones but it’s the time to rally around and support the victim and their family and Joe Duggar is 100% not the victim. Pray for their daughter, Kendra to choose her kids and leave the (alleged) pedophile and have a relationship with her family.”
