19 Kids and Counting star Joseph Duggar is behind bars after confessing to lewd acts with a minor under the age of 12. The alleged incident took place in Florida during a 2020 family vacation. Once Joseph was arrested, his wife, Kendra Duggar, was also taken into custody on completely separate charges. Now, a few police reports have surfaced, revealing disturbing details about the case against Joseph. There’s also an update on Kendra, which is revealed in another court document. Joseph Duggar Police Report Surfaces Online

Counting On fans are talking online about Joseph and Kendra Duggar and each of their arrests. One fan came across one of the alleged affidavits from an investigator in the case. The document states the information that was provided by the victim. It also states that Joseph was confronted about the allegations against him, and he admitted they were true. This affidavit was written in efforts to get the arrest warrant for Joseph.

The document is from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office. The officer stated that he was contacted by the Tontitown Police Department. The detective he spoke with stated that a 14-year-old female participated in a forensic interview. While reviewing the document, the Bay County Officer revealed learning that the victim was allegedly sexually abused multiple times during the family vacation in 2020.

Joseph allegedly asked the victim to sit on his lap multiple times and also cradled her in his arms. It was then stated that the two would sit on the couch covered with blankets. He would lift her dress and touch her thighs. He allegedly went higher and higher near her waistline. While his hand was outside of her underwear, he did graze her private area.

The document went on to say that the victim stated being uncomfortable and confused. Then, the victim said Joseph apologized for everything, and the incidents stopped. The victim’s father confronted Joseph about the incident on March 17, 2026. Duggar allegedly confirmed this had occurred. It said Duggar revealed his intentions were not pure.

What Is Kendra’s Sad Update?

Kendra Duggar was arrested, and both she and Joseph were charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree and four counts of false imprisonment in the second degree. The exact details have not been released. However, it is believed the charges stem from a home inspection following Joseph’s arrest. Many believe the charges came from the locks on the outside of their four children’s rooms.

The latest court document reveals that she is to have no contact with the “unnamed victims” until she appears in court. Currently, her court date is scheduled for April 29. If this document is legit, Kendra is not allowed to see her children for now. It has been noted that Kendra suffers from an autoimmune disease, and she had a challenging time with postpartum depression. They have four children but have not announced the latest child to Duggar fans. It was also noted that when the police went to their home, it was pretty messy. It is alleged that Kendra didn’t get much help from her husband and was very depressed with 4 kids and her autoimmune disease. Now she is separated from her kids longer than she ever has been in her and their lives. Kendra was bonded out by Michelle Duggar, and allegedly, her children are with her parents until her April 29th court appearance.

Joseph Duggar also has a court date on April 29th, the same day his brother Josh Duggar was arrested in 2021. Joseph will be extradited to Florida after his court date.
