Joy-Anna Duggar Life Update: Pregnancy Buzz, Past Loss & Unexpected Drama | The Truth Revealed
Pregnancy rumors are once again swirling around the Duggar universe — and this time the spotlight is on Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth.

With the ever-growing Duggar clan — led by parents Jim Bob Duggar and Michelle Duggar — now boasting more than 40 grandchildren, fans have basically trained themselves to expect pregnancy announcements at any moment.
So when Joy-Anna and her husband Austin Forsyth recently shared photos from a romantic adults-only getaway, the internet wasted no time jumping to conclusions.
Within hours, Duggar watchers were buzzing with the same theory that’s followed the couple for years — that Joy-Anna tends to announce pregnancies not long after taking romantic trips with Austin.
But before the rumor mill could spin out of control, Joy-Anna stepped in and shut the speculation down fast.
Responding directly to fans online — and later addressing it on a podcast with sister Jinger Duggar Vuolo — Joy-Anna made it crystal clear:
She is NOT pregnant.
According to Joy-Anna, growing their family is something she and Austin approach intentionally. She says they prefer to focus on enjoying each stage of their children’s lives before thinking about adding another baby.
Still, the topic of pregnancy hits deeper for the couple than many fans realize.
Joy-Anna also reflected on one of the most heartbreaking chapters of her life — the 2019 stillbirth of their daughter Annabell Elise Forsyth, who tragically passed away at 20 weeks.
The loss, she revealed, took more than six months before she even began to feel somewhat okay, describing grief as something that comes in waves and never completely disappears.
Despite those painful memories, Joy-Anna continues sharing the brighter side of life too — recently celebrating a major milestone as her son Gideon Forsyth turned eight.
But in true Duggar fashion, even that celebration sparked debate online — with critics once again dissecting the family’s parenting style and traditions.
For now, though, one thing is certain:
There’s no baby announcement coming from Joy-Anna — at least not yet.
