Counting On star Jill Duggar Dillard has opened up her heart once again, sharing a deeply emotional message in remembrance of the babies she and her husband Derick Dillard have lost.

“Today we remember our babies who went on before us and we link arms with all families who have lost a little one in pregnancy or soon after. May you be comforted in your grief and feel God near.”

The reality star reflected on the pain of losing her “heavenly baby,” River Bliss Dillard, who passed away in October 2021. She revealed that she had only known about the pregnancy for a short time before tragedy struck. Despite the heartbreak, Jill and Derick chose to honor their baby with a meaningful name symbolizing peace and happiness.

Jill also reminded followers that their family has experienced multiple losses — including their daughter, Isla Marie, who passed away during the second trimester.
