The Bringing Up Bates family just got a little bigger — and a whole lot sweeter! Josie Bates Balka, 25, and her husband Kelton Balka have officially welcomed their fourth child, a beautiful baby boy.
The proud mom shared the exciting news on Instagram with a touching post that melted fans’ hearts. In the photos, Josie cradles her newborn son in her hospital bed, glowing with joy as Kelton looks on lovingly. “Meet the newest love of our lives 🫶,” Josie captioned the post, adding that their hearts are “so full of love and gratitude.”
This marks the couple’s second son, joining their three adorable children — daughters Willow (5) and Hazel (3), and big brother Miles (1) — making the Balka household officially a party of six.
The couple, who married in a romantic outdoor ceremony overlooking the Tennessee mountains in October 2018, have shared their family journey with fans ever since. From welcoming Willow in 2019, Hazel in 2021, and Miles in early 2024, the Balkas have captured hearts with their warmth, faith, and close-knit bond.
